Registration; Customer Accounts; Use of Site

Certain services offered on or through the GAJ Site require you to first open a My Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your My Account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify GAJ immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other security breach. Disclaimer of warranties: This GAJ site, the products, services, content, pictures, data, and information are provided "as is". All of GAJ site's physical products are guaranteed against material defects for fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, GAJ expressly disclaims all warranties and/or conditions, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to or referenced by the GAJ site, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability or quality of data and fitness for a particular suitability, purpose, non-infringement, title, or correspondence to description.

Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that shall not be the responsibility of GAJ. Product descriptions and specifications

GAJ, its suppliers and affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible with the product details, description and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event a product is listed with incorrect information or incorrect price due to typographical error or other errors. GAJ shall have the right to refuse to ship or cancel any orders placed for products listed with the incorrect information. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If the product has been already shipped you and if you find out any issues with regards to the description, specification or the price of the product that is on our website and from what you received you can return the product back for a full refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to any of these inconsistencies in our product listing you may return the product as described in our Return policy.

Order Acceptance Policy. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GAJ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. GAJ further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier.
